Returns & Exchanges

The Frankie Shop offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
